Wheat is a natural and renewable raw material. This is how nature provides us with an endless resource for developing functional, wheat-based products. We do everything we can to make the best possible use of this resource and protect our environment as we do it.

The “C&D Stromer” as an expression of how we act in an environmentally responsible manner

With the expansion of its vehicle fleet to include the new e-Golf, Crespel & Deiters underscores its aspiration of acting sustainably and in an environmentally-friendly manner in all corporate divisions.

Great responsibility for product and environment.

C&D’s core promise for innovation is supported by the expertise, experience and professionalism manifested in the quality of all our processes and products. From the selection of the raw materials up to the control of processing methods and on to the delivery of the products, all of the process steps at C&D are analysed, tested and evaluated. Certified high quality standards and sustainable activities mean that we can consistently ensure high efficiency for our products and the highest level of protection for our planet.

Reliable quality.

The efficiency of our production processes guarantees consistently high product quality for the customer. The quality assurance that is performed during the entire manufacturing process enables us to act to neutralise natural fluctuations in the quality of the natural raw material, consistently creating reliable products. Permanent product availability for customers is also ensured by structured processes and pro-active planning.

A high degree of environmental consciousness.

Due to increasing globalisation and the growing demand for resources, sustainable business activities represent a binding commitment for the future at C&D and, combined with the challenge to constantly improve our processes and attain maximum efficiency, are a cornerstone for the continued success of the company.

Quality management.

In order to satisfy the needs and wishes of our customers, we constantly work on optimising our products and services and adapting these to the challenges posed by application technology, science and regulatory issues.

This is why we implemented an environmental management system in 2000 that is based on the standard ISO 14001, and expanded it in 2013 to include an energy management system in accordance with ISO 50001. Environmental activities are planned, managed and regularly monitored in accordance with this standard
